Hi Guys, I am glad to share my experience for attending Experis IT placement. I will share Interview Questions, pattern, and procedure for online test.
It will be having 3 rounds including a technical and telephonic interview.
The first round will be a complete introduction. The interviewer will ask you to some introductory questions like,
It is more like common HR interview questions.
Most of the time, the question will be based on your previous answer. So be careful and reply politely.
This will be the technical plus aptitude MCQ test which will contain total 60 questions.
The MCQ test pattern includes the following questions.
And this test will be conducted online.
From a technical perspective, you have to only prepare for Java programming language. Be prepared well for it.
For aptitude test, you can refer 13 Best Aptitude Test Preparation Tips. Following best practices can help you to answer the questions with minimum time.
This will be a telephonic interview. An interviewer will test your grammar and communication skill. This will contain multiple sections.
Section 1:
The interviewer will share a sheet of paper containing 30 sentences. Your task is to read out all the sentences one after another.
Pronounce each word of the sentence correctly. Speak neat and clear. Take the little pause after every sentence.
Section 2:
There can be a certain grammatical error in the sentence. They will ask you to rectify the errors and correct them in the given sentence.
Section 3:
You have to speak on any topic for 45 seconds. You have a choice of choosing any topic so select simple topic about which you have good knowledge.

What is the cut off for this test and will it be tough!?
Not sure about cut off. What I heard is – you have to perform well in Java and it will be having more weightage.
But you can not ignore other two sections.
Do they give tough or basic questions in java
Moderate questions. Not so difficult.
For the technical profile, only java questions will be asked? What about analytical?
In the online test, they will ask you both technical as well as analytical questions.
To take a online test from home or company
It was a pool campus placement. One has to give it from their venue, not from home.
In the Verbal section, what they will ask?
This online test conducted by screen share or online presence of camera because in my semester exam I faced many time unnecessarily warning message.
Is This type of problem not conduct in it?
As we communicated with a candidate who shared this interview… during the online test, you don’t need to share your screen or camera and he didn’t face any of the issues. Only thing is that you can not minimize the browser or switch the tab. If you do so, the organizer will come to know.

Also… Does the Java section contain coding questions or pseudocodes or a mix of every type?
Is there any service agreement for this company? If yes, how long is it is?
